Applicant Requirement

Applicants must be over 60 years of age and have a need for elderly healthcare services.

Applicants must not have any diseases that maybe transferred to other residents, mental illness or any other medical issues requiring in-depth and specialized hospital care and supervision.
Other Expenditures:
If the patient have the below special request services, they will be required to pay their own fees, such as:

Transportation to see their own doctor.

Specialist doctor visit and medicine fees.

Doctor visit fees.

Any medical expense, e.g. oxygen mask, urinalysis and blood glucoses analysis, wound dressing, masotagastric tube, urnslier catheter, catheter pad, incontinent pad, apron etc.
